Ready to join? Complete the enrollment form to begin reserving your child’s place in lessons.

After submitting the form, you’ll receive emails from Fons to create your login and add your payment information. Your child’s spot is officially reserved once the enrollment form and Fons payment setup are complete.

Students here build confidence, character, independence, and lifelong piano skills in a positive studio community where they are supported, challenged, and encouraged to love music deeply.

  • Tuition is set up as a simple monthly payment so families can budget easily throughout the year.

    Monthly tuition includes lessons, books and curriculum materials, studio recitals, access to the studio practice app, weekly assignments, practice support, and access to studio activities and opportunities.

    After submitting the enrollment form, you’ll receive an email from Fons to create your login and another email to add your payment information. A payment method must be set up in Fons to reserve your child’s spot.

    Tuition is charged on the 15th of the previous month and covers the upcoming calendar month.

    August tuition is charged July 15.
    September tuition is charged August 15.

    Please note: Fons billing emails may show a billing range such as July 15-August 15. That wording is generated by Fons and does not reflect the studio tuition period. Tuition charged on July 15 covers August lessons.

    Enrollment is ongoing, with a month-to-month commitment. Written notice is required to withdraw before the next billing date.

    Private openings are very limited and are reserved for students who require a one-on-one lesson format.

  • Students are enrolled in an ongoing weekly lesson time.

    Tuition reserves your child’s place in the studio and is billed as a simple monthly payment for easy budgeting.

    Planned studio closures are listed below and are already included in the studio calendar. Tuition remains the same each month.

    The studio calendar also includes built-in closure time for unexpected studio needs, such as illness, weather, emergency, or another unavoidable reason. These closures do not create separate makeup lessons, credits, or refunds.

    Missed lessons are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Practice Space is the app used for assignments, student communication, video feedback, studio challenges, rewards, and weekly practice tracking.

    Please set up Practice Space before your child’s first lesson so they can receive assignments and stay connected between lessons.

    Practice Space should be set up in the student’s name. If you have more than one child enrolled, please create a separate student profile for each student.

    Students and parents can access Practice Space on desktop, tablet, or phone.

    You can also download Practice Space from the app store on your phone or tablet.

    Students use Practice Space to:

    • View weekly assignments

    • Log practice days

    • Send practice videos for feedback

    • Ask questions between lessons

    • Stay connected to the studio community

    Parents are welcome to access Practice Space too, especially for checking assignments and helping younger students stay on track.

    Practice Space is an important part of the studio experience. It helps students keep moving between lessons instead of waiting a full week when they get stuck or need help.

  • Enrollment at Grace’s Piano Studio includes agreement to the studio Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including studio communication, tuition, attendance, media permissions, withdrawal, policy updates, and release of liability.
